Customizable VoD Store

The solution is a VoD service developed for a major Latin American telecom operator and Internet provider.

The system allows end users to get VoD services on their laptops, PCs and set-top boxes as part of their broadband connection subscription. Users can further extend their subscription packages and customize viewing options.

The project has an embedded CRM module for content partners to easily set customer video packages and manage pricing. The system also includes smart customer care functionality that enables support engineers to promptly tackle problems, e.g. by analyzing user activity logs.
